What I Eat in a Day Post Vacation | Easy & Healthy Meals

good morning guys welcome back and welcome today's episode of bunchy Mondays as you can see I'm now back home from Hawaii I apologize if you hear like banging noises in the background there's construction going on right in front of my apartment but anyway I'm back home and I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to show you guys like how I eat post vacation post indulging post enjoying myself whatever you want to call it I just want to show you guys that I am NOT going to be doing anything crazy at all normally right after any kind of trip I just try and jump back into my daily routine and my body knows exactly what you do so I try and go to the gym I try need the same food that I ate right before vacation and it takes two to three days and I am back to normal any kind of weight that you feel like you might have gained post vacation is most likely just water weight and for me takes like two to three days for it to go away once I'm back into my regular schedule so that's what we're gonna do today I am so bothered by this place in the background but I'm really trying not to be I'm so sorry guys I apologize I know it's gonna be so annoying if you have to hear it I don't even know if the camera is gonna pick it up but like I hear it banging so try not to focus on I had an amazing time in Hawaii if you haven't checked out that video yeah go ahead and do so I will link it in description bar it was a girls trip with Nikki and Elizabeth and I showed you guys it's like pretty much everything that we did and ate and it was just like an amazing time I already miss it so much like I I even considered for a minute that I could like to see myself living there I don't know if I would actually do that because I hear that Island fever is a thing but I loved it so much but that said I last night prepped myself this little chia seed pudding breakfast bowl thing let me just show you what I'm talking about I forgot to fill myself actually making it but I have all the ingredients right here so I'll just kind of go through it this is what it looks like on the inside and what I put in here is about 3 tablespoons of chia seeds 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds 1 tablespoon of organic cacao nibs this is unsweetened so it's a little bit bitter but if you add any kind of honey or just any other sweetener on top it makes it a little bit butter I also put a whole lot of cinnamon I think this really depends on how much you like cinnamon it's also not necessary to put it inside but I'm big fan and I put two tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes I mix it all together and then I covered it all with this Trader Joe's unsweetened almond cashew and macadamia nut milk also two more things that I added inside was just about half a carton of these raspberries and two to three handfuls of these wild frozen blueberries mix it inside covered it with the milk and put it into the fridge for the night so I'm gonna start my day off with this I'm also going to have some egg whites on the side because I'm craving something salty as well and then once that's done I'll show you guys the finished breakfast all together I think my video after this one is going to be five ways for you to get back into your teen if you've fallen off one or if you took a trip or just anything overall even if you want to develop a good routine for yourself in your daily life I definitely have things that I do right after I come back from something I want to get back into the swing of things so I want to share those with you guys so that is something that you're interested in seeing definitely let me know and also in case you're wondering why my hair is what I did just get out of the shower I went worked out this morning came home shower to no I'm gonna go ahead and have my food all right so here's today's breakfast I have five egg whites right here and then I just chopped up some cucumber I believe this is Persian cucumber and then just some cherry tomatoes on the side as well this is like my salty side and then I'm going to have this for dessert it's so hard to see maybe you guys can see butter over here it's been very gloomy and not like so the lighting is just kind of off but this is what the inside of the chia pudding is looking like it looks kind of purple I think is of the blueberries but I also just sprinkled on top a little bit more coconut and a little bit more hemp seeds I'm gonna go ahead and have all this for breakfast also here is Drake I missed him so much literally the second I got home I just attacked the cast so I'm actually heading off to a coffee shop to do some work just because banging next to my building is driving me crazy but it's very cold outside right now and I was craving something warm and kind of comforting so I just have some steel-cut oats so they were cooked in water and I added a little bit of brown sugar and then I also added tons of cinnamon I'm like honest cinnamon cake right now I'm just craving it a lot and then inside I'm also having this Trader Joe's organic peanut butter it's creamy unsalted and I love this peanut butter I find it becoming a problem but I'm going to tackle that issue at a different day so I'm gonna have this and then I will be doing some work at a coffee shop and if I get lunch there then I'll show you guys but if not then my next meal will be once again back home all right so I'm definitely having a really late lunch today I kind of just zoned out in the coffee shop and then I realized that it really didn't eat a lot today and it got really late so I got home and just made myself a salad this has organic power greens which has baby kale chard spinach and then I also put some butter lettuce because I actually really like it and then this right here is just some salad mix I also put half an avocado and some mixed medley cherry tomatoes chopped up in here about five or maybe six ounces of grilled chicken and then for my dressing I just use this coconut vinegar I got it at Whole Foods and a little bit of this organic lemon juice almost like me having my dinner in about an hour and a half or two and then one more snack before bedtime alright guys so for dinner today I'm having some sockeye salmon about a cup of quinoa and then just some asparagus and mushrooms alright guys so that is going to conclude today's lunch Monday's not dropping any hints or If you like cinnamon try Ceylon cinnamon … real cinnamon, completely different taste and so much better for you than the cassia variety 🙂

I really wish you’d insert the macros for tour recipes, even tho I know you don’t track them for yourself but so many of us do and it can be very challenging to do that without having the items handy while you could easily scan them into your app and get all the numbers in a split of a second.
