SCHREM Margit · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

I must bring my army-issued spoon-fork-knive-conserve-opener set at all times, even around home. It comes often very handy if you eat what you just bought in a supermarket, fro pick-nicks and for leftovers/ sandwiches you bring from home. If you go somewhere , where people eat with their hands or sticks, it might help you out on occasion, when not in the mood or physically unable to do as they do. There will be always people asking you to barrow it, so it carries an extra socialisation point 🙂

Awesome channel, Kristen. Neck pillow is an absolute must have,  I found it good to stop my neck from jarring on long bumpy bus rides through Tibet. Also a good knife and pliers. Warning Knives cannot go in pocket or carry-on on planes, trains and buses.

Little Birdy · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

Can you give me a tip on what kind of credit card I should bring? Should I open a new account and only put the trip on it? That way I can cancel the card when I get home in case of theft of the number. Or am I paranoid?

rangerrixx · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

I think mini-roll travel toilet paper is a must have… you never know when you may need an extra square.

oLi102 · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

Ear plugs!!

Roetheperfect · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

Aspirin is the most important thing, a extra cell phone battery, a pen, travel dental care.

Roetheperfect · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

No se puede comprar una experiencia en viajes como la suya con una tarjeta de crédito, pero yo recomiendo viajar con aspirinas.

Crabjuice · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

Noise canceling ear buds make air travel much less stressful. Also, when going to 3rd world countries, I take along a good supply of lolly pops to hand out to kids (and some grown ups).

The Local Traveler · May 31, 2019 at 3:43 am

After a number of long flights where I didn't sleep I'm starting to wonder if I should get a neck pillow. The only problem is that I don't want to carry it around for the rest of my trip.
