I feel the same way about exercise! I feel much better when I do natural forms of exercise vs a planned workout. Thank you for sharing this video 💗

I travel so I can visit other places go to stately homes, museums etc, when I travel abroad I like to experience the local culture and eat local foods at local restaurants and not stick to boring English food except for tea. But next yr hubby is treating me to a trip to Spain; it’ll b an all inclusive ( which I’m not wholly fond of but he want me to make use of the all inclusive spa. I will still get out there and try a few excursions as that’s what I much prefer than sitting on a sun lounger wasting my holiday x I will soon have him back on another Jane Austen pilgrimage to Derbyshire yr after next xx

vli5 · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

I like those shoes you wear. Do you wear them without socks? What kind are they and where do I find them?

Laura Quinn · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Thank You.

This is great, I have an upcoming fam camping trip that I tentatively backed out of cus of health, but this gave me ideas and I think applying minimalist principles would make it a lot easier to think of going comfortably actually, as its a lot less to worry about and makes movement and focus on movement easier. When I really thought about it, I need very few things to support myself.

BLUE WATER PINES · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Thank you.

Abundant Positivity · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Love the music in this one and it was easier to follow without little quotes on screen that distract from spoken words

Swantje · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

I like swimming and be in the ocean, lake, pool…<3

Alex Thaxton · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

My favourite destination is the forest. I would love to have more lakes and rivers where I live though!

I've been lucky enough to spend this summer in South Korea and I've had the chance to visit lots of historical sites and Buddhist temples! Truly amazing 😊

Emilie Smith · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Hey Youheum! I had a question: did you recently stop captioning your videos? I'm not deaf, but you do certainly have some deaf viewers! Could you consider captioning again to make your videos accessible?

mysummertouch · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Nature is boring to me. I like to go through cities when I travel and look at people. I don't go shopping a lot, just stationery. I just explore cities by feet.

Monicasworld · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

So serene, peaceful. I appreciate you so much for your wisdom.

Sofi Christiansen · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Hi Youheum! I've been thinking a lot on travel lateley now when it's vacation time, and especially on travelling by plane since that is one of the biggest pollution challange we have today. Do you have any thoughts on how one can think about this? Love your channel x

Elena M · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

I live near lake Baykal in Russia, so every summer we have at least one trip to this amazing place, without shower, electricity and houses, and its very refreshing and calming experience 🌿✨

Sanja Osmanovic · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

I’m not even a minimalist, but your calm voice and persona makes me happy 😊

Sophia Dimino · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Can you tell us what you do if you are feeling lonely or depressed?

Sandra · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

When I travel, my desire is to feel as if I am part of the place, talk to people, eat their food… That's when I feel that I'm really travelling. 🙂 PS: I would love you to do a video on Buddhism, which books you recomment, which will be the journey for a beginner, or just to tell your story inside this beautiful philosophy. Thank you!

El Mundo Kuetzpal · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Where is that? I live in San Antonio and I would love to go where you are. Is that by Austin?

Cludora · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Could you advertise only at one point of the video rather than splitting it up throughout the video?

Il Y Aura Du Soleil · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Is this like anorexia for stuff?

Kizarat · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Do you do any foraging during your outdoor travels?

Vivek Mohan · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Eternal bliss.

Rafael Mendoza · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Where is this?

Inah Villanueva · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

when i am stress and overwhelmed with me having a baby and student at the same time, i go to youtube and watch videos of reviews of make ups and diaper bag that i wanted to buy. but when i discover your videos, it makes me realize and think that there are far more important than material things.thanks

Cathy Lynn Pietranton · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

My travel destination is Hocking Hills in Ohio with my husband. we love nature walks and hiking.

Mildly Crazy Me · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

I don't travel a lot anymore due to my health but I appreciate the way you focus on the experience instead of the packing. I waisted all my trips worrying on packing and dredging the unpacking, I used to hate vacations.

Angel Ayala · July 26, 2019 at 2:53 pm

What do you do for winter clothes/jackets, shoes etc…?
