Man I always wished they would have made a sequel to this game.

Awesome when was this video taken. I would thi k there were no more machines in 2009 when. It was uploaded. Ha ha how many quarters did it take you to master this controls were impossible

Excellent machine, this really stood out in the old arcades!

Murder Simulator · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

Dragons lair type gameplay. You just hit fire at the correct time. You don't have proper control. Seen it in one of the local mall arcades back in the day. Never played. Wouldn't wast the money on it

This was what is called – MAGIC –
I remeber seen this arcade when i was a kid, holy shit! fluid images of tiny people poping out of nowhere and you commnad it with a stick and a button. pure fantasy (OoO).

This was trully beautiful tech, the cabinet, the inside of the cabinet, the reflections, the moody lights in the background. Just plain wondrous.

They had loads of fun creating this game.

Ion-SHIVs · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

It seems like the only way to successfully beat these laserdisc games is to play them over and over again, memorizing the order of the button/joystick movements.

I’d never seen or heard of this game until someone told me about it yesterday. Maybe we didn’t have it in Canada…

I tried this several times at an arcade when I was a young'n. This game was either impossible or impossibly broken.

I remember playing this game at Jelly Stone Park in Wisconsin Dells. I still have the DVD copy of this, but I'd love to see this game get emulated and then someone build a home cab for this and Holloseum on one unit.

Tesla Freak · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

That’s crazy! I was just laying in bed and for some reason I thought of this game, and when I saw it on display like 20 something years ago when I was a kid. That thing was so futuristic I remember. I would love to buy one just to have at my house

James007HungerZone · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

Dr. Merkaba · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

I dropped so much money into this game at the arcade as a kid, thanks for posting this…Brings back good memories

Dolan Gadoury · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

Couldn't remember if this game was real or a dream. I remember putting money in and it never working which seemed more like a nightmare. This haunted me until now. Thank you for posting this.

Time Out at the old forest fair mall always had unique arcade games like this, as well as the diaramic game Golly Ghost, the laserdisc Mad Dogg, etc.

Farulosonoth · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

best collection of videos

Chishannicon · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

I played this once about six years ago and was blown away that they had something like this in 1991. If only they had continued exploring this technology for gaming. Heck, it's impressive even for today.

Zoooom innnnnnnn

Hotshotter3000 · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

I remembered this. For years I was hoping someone would make a full blown play through of the game. I guess my youtube search wasn't done well enough since this video was posted in 2009.

Nice to finally see the ending and all the world's, even if the video wasn't super clear.

Rod Salka · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

wasted dollars on this game never knowing how to play it but the holograms were cool

Jon · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

always too many ppl crowded around it for me to play

Steven Whiting · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

This always looked good when you see it live but was always too expensive to play add the crap game play it didn't stand a chance.  But I liked the cabinet.

ClunkerSlim · July 30, 2019 at 11:05 am

In my entire life I only saw this game once. It was at a tourist trap called South of the Border on the North Carolina/South Carolina border. I can't even remember the year but it must have been late 80s/early 90s. I played it once and it stuck with me all these years. It was truly impressive. Heck, it's STILL impressive.
