welcome to let's be foodie today I am going to share a very popular dessert cheyna pious soft cottage cheese balls are cooked in thick and sweet work here are the required ingredients let's get started first step is to make cheyna heat pan on a medium heat and add 900 ml milk keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the bottom scraps slides as well now let the milk come to the boil the milk is boiling turn off the stove and let it sit for at least 1 minute then we'll add vinegar add 2 tbsp vinegar a little at a time and slowly start with very light hands pour some more vinegar just leave it for about a minute and then you will see it has nicely curdled now you see with muslin cloth or cheesecloth place it over a big bowl and drain it wash it pail with water so that there is no smell of vinegar left in China now pick up your clothes and squeeze it with your light hand you do not apply much pressure just lightly squeeze it make sure there is not much moisture left make Northern hang the cheesecloth for about 45 minutes while our China is resting let's prepare sweet milk for our China pies for which I have taken 500 ml milk I'll add more 500 ml milk keep stirring for about 20 minutes scraps the sides as well here I have taken 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and few strands of Safford I'm going to crush this and add in the milk here goes 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder now give this a good stir and I'm going to boil this again for another 15 minutes after 15 minutes I am going to add 1/2 cup of sugar to this milk or you can adjust as per your taste stir it and cook further for about 5 minutes after is starting for about 5 minutes it's time to turn off the stove and our sweet milk for China bias is ready let's check our chain after 45 minutes so this is how our China looks break this using your arm meet the China really well so I'm going to need this China using my palm in this way so I've needed this China for about three minutes and this is how it looks very soft I'm going to add two pinch of yellow color this is optional if you don't want to add this you can skip it mix this now I'm going to need this chain uh what about final time so all together I have needed this chain about four times so this is how archana looks after four times of meeting I will take a very small portion of dough and make a tiny ball like this prepare rest of the chain of balls in the same way I have made chain of balls of 3/4 of dough I've drizzled 1/4 of dough now in hot boiling water make sure there is enough water I'll add 1/4 cup of sugar and bring this again to boil once they start boiling again we'll add all the prepared chaina balls so here goes all the balls in this sugar syrup it's a very thin syrup and make sure that you add enough water so that they can double in size and it's also important that it's not overcrowded close the lid of pressure cooker and wait for one vessel after one vessel I'm going to remove this from electric stove and I'll put it back once the temperature of a stove is on low medium heat I'll cook this further for about just 5 to 6 minutes and now it's time to turn up the stove it's resting for about 30 minutes after 30 minutes I'll open the lid and let's see Wow as you can see that they have doubled in their size let's have a closer view let me take this out now I'm going to gently squeeze them with a spatula you can also use a spoon add them in prepared milk give them a gentle stir and cook for about just 7 minutes on low medium heat soft chilled and garnished with some saffron also you can top with some bomba net seeds soft and mouth melting chain of eyes is ready to be served hope you enjoyed this video if you liked this video don't forget to hit like and subscribe button now also share this video with your family friends and on social medias with share your experience with us writing in comments section below see you soon with a new recipe until next time stay happy and healthy I hope you guys enjoyed this recipe as much I do try out my other great recipes too if you like my recipe subscribe today it's free you can also follow that's my food yawn Facebook Google+ Twitter and Pinterest thanks for watching you
