"I like to reserve"… Doesn't "I'd like to reserve" sound better? I caught this way.

Is it just me or is the guy that's reserving two tables on the same day at two different corners of the restaurant suspicious as fak… like come on bro, we all know you're cheating on your wife. This whole "I got to go to the restroom" then bounce to another table idea isnt gonna work…

clear and easy to understand… but the operator must smile before he picks up the phone… and continue to smile while he is talking with the customer… customers can feel the smile and it makes a difference.

At 0:21, she's saying, and the line should read: "I'd like"…as in "I would like to make a reservation for two."
