Nip you will never be replaced or duplicated. Seeing these videos of you is gut wrenching. Its especially that way for those of us from L.A. because many of us feel like you were a big brother to us whether we knew you personally or not. You carried the city on your shoulders so well. You did it with such class & wisdom. You selflessly gave back to the Crenshaw District, something that you did not have to do but did anyway. Its a real shame that you were stolen from us all. The city & your family feel at such a loss without you. You simply did not deserve this & should still be here living your best life with the rest of us.
I just really hope that a better place does indeed exists after this Earth life comes to an end and that you are there feeling content & at peace with being there instead of here. I also hope that all of our love is still able to reach you.
In my mind, you are Los Angeles royalty & will remain the king of the city.
The city is forever yours both in life & in death.
R.I.P. King.
