hey,guys.the SINIGANG'S sourness,depends on the persons / cooks palate.the broth is watery,not thick.like the one you had.The kare-kare is eaten with shrimp paste ( ba/go/ong ).for that salty,umani taste.

So far, really enjoyable views on those much disregarded and overlooked assortments of contrasts one can discover in each “beating heart” that is Manila.

Of the beautiful and the uglies. Of colors, foods, noise – of chaos, order, of peoples.

Appreciated through both of your inviting, open minded-mod-hip-geek-eccentric slant on world adventure!

The last part is scary.

Poling Duran · May 15, 2019 at 5:52 pm

Don't try much of street food in Old downtown Manila, especially in Quiapo, as they are not suitable to your stomach. Better eat in reputable resto such as Engbeteen.

Peter C. · May 15, 2019 at 5:52 pm

Guys, you are legends ha ha. I like youre style, your open mindedness is something to aspire for. You are true blue travellers and are not pissed off right away by slums and chaos. Instead you see life and vibrancy! I was watching a british couple on another channel and complaints were the main course of the vlog. Kudos to you!

stealth fighter · May 15, 2019 at 5:52 pm

Ohh my you love our very very crowded and slum district of manila. I love your styles cool men. Mad Dog bar ahhahhahh yeah where is that? Idk that place lol

Looks like you opted to visit the depressed area of Manila …Lol…….Have you been to BGC , Makati City or Old Manila ?

Espie Gattoc · May 15, 2019 at 5:52 pm

Go to Intramuros. Fort Santiago, Manila Cathedral, san Agustin Church.

Fishing Buddy *PH* · May 15, 2019 at 5:52 pm

Hey guys, just want to let you know how much I appreciate your open mindedness. You are visiting a lot of the places that other tourists won't even go near. They are "afraid", they've heard it's not "safe", it's too "dirty", they just all together avoid these places. It's really somewhat refreshing to have tourist who are open and not too judgemental. When traveling to another country you have to be open minded and be able to accept everything, good and bad. Adam and Corinne…hats off to you! Take care!

Mitch Tan · May 15, 2019 at 5:52 pm
