A few things though, "typhoon" is pronounced "Tie-foon", not "tie-hoon"; MTR stands for Mass Transit Railway; and, last but not least, the kind of dim sum you showed eating shouldn't be dipped in soy sauce. It should be eaten as is, haha! Reply Appel Flap · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm Hello Hongkong i love your city I was there two times 2 weeks i loved it There was no contact with locals only functional last time i felt lonely at times i was hoping to meet people there and interact with them my biggest wish was eating with a Hongkong brother or sister to learn about your life their maybe if a nice Hongkong guy or girl reads this they have ideas and we can start a nice chat? Who wants to meet up for a beer? 🙂 Reply santi · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm This video about Hong kong is just great, as all yours. I was there in 1995, so it has changed a lot … I hope to return soon. Though I want to discover Shanghai , will make a video of Shanghai ? By the way, you made me smile when you talked about the fish shop, and your hesitation to take the fish or not to the plane… 🙂 thanks for your videos they are very complete and I have a great time watching them, so thanks doubly¡¡¡ 🙂 Reply Vic Bel · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm He repeated HONG KONG 95 times in 21 minutes and 1 second Reply Yong ket vui · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm hk uses uber or grab? Reply TradingPlaces · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm get your fact right Hong Kong is not founded by the British, Hong Kong was already there before the British, because of the opium war,(cut the long story short) China has to give up Hong Kong as a form of compensation to the British. So please don't mislead people. Reply lauren kane · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm I'm going to causway bay, metropark hotel, any tips around the area and getting to and from the airport? Reply Khan Bhai · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm You are very good Reply Kenny Leung · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm IFC Mall is right above Hong Kong Station, rather than Central Station. Two stations are connected with a underground tunnel in paid area. Reply Ian Ting · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm initially HK island and Kowloon Peninsula supposedly be part of Britain forever, only NT to be returned in 1997…so personally i think its best for PRC china to involve HK in ANY SORT…i also am a strong supporter of banning Huiwei in the US, it should be banned in HK too… Reply Johnson Yuen · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm The common low quality people standards include: Ugly, low education, jealous hatefulness, bad, greedy, fake, wicked, worse, jerks, fake humble and arrogant jealousy! What the smelly low grade standards! Reply Some Mango · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm oof I still have my octopus and it has been 5 or 6 years since i used it. Reply 無汐 · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm Taking the airport express (train) from airport to downtown actually isn't a good idea. It's pricey, boring, and probably won't take you directly to where you want to go. (Chances are, your hotel won't be located close to Tsing Yi, Kowloon or HK stations, which are not popular tourist districts)In fact, HK boasts a really good airbus service and network. By taking a bus, you save up to 60% (compare a $100 train ticket with a $40 bus fare from airport to Central) and it can probably take you directly to the doorstep of your hotel!Plus, you'll get to see the amazing views of the city and the magnificent Tsing Ma Bridge along the way (do remember to ride it on the upper deck), which is priceless! Reply Transport & Simulation Hub · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm That's good to know that English is still the second official language after Cantonese. So when I visit Hong Kong in the next year. I should be okay with speaking in English then? Although I have a Northern Ireland accent. Reply North Freedom · May 30, 2019 at 10:42 pm See you HK In September!
