Hitler : I'm charismatic
Landa : hold my glass of milk

ALLY S · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

This scene is powerful. The strudel is made from pork and Shosanna is Jewish so obviously Jews can’t eat swine. Also, the glass of milk was the beverage Hans was drinking before he killed her family. Daaaaannggg

Erik Lothbrok · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

Am I the only one in here who would murder that Landa right away? O my God I hate him so much! Obviously, this is the best acting I've ever seen!

killerdude35 · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

What a complete prick! Hans totally stiffed Shoshana with the bill!

"He is French." Yeah, sure. Spoken like a true Jew lmao

Paul Anthony Gomez · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

i love how smooth and yet dangerous it is to talk with hans landa.. you'l never know what hit you..

soulfulpizza14 · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

I feel like he told her, specifically, to operate those projectors because he knew it would force her to be there in the same place as a whole crowd of men in military uniforms who'd want her dead if they knew her true background. Just another way to make her squirm.

fmaldld123 · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

U guys dont know that jews cant eat dairy food with meat. It s forbidden. Hans know that if she is a jew or not while she eats a meaty creamy strudel with milk.

muP8085 · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

how lovingly he spoke to her knowing he killed her entire family…thats too dark…too cold…my god he is pure evil

Ron Thunders · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

the fact thta h3s so proper and loves to use his little proper utensils to stir hos stupid espresso makes me want to fucking slit his nazi throat and stab his jew hating face into oblivion!!! I know its a character, but i just love how much hate is produced in me when i see that amazing actor use his props

Hikaru ZPA · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

I just noticed when Hans Landa ordered the strudel with espresso and ordered the Shosanna a glass of milk. That shows that Landa knew that Shosanna is the one who got away that morning at the farm when Landa killed the rest of her family.Because in that scene Landa asked the family for a glass of milk in French.Genius Writing 10/10.

Why i keep watching the same clip again and again.. They are eating something which isn't common in my country's culinary list and they are conversing a simple chit chat.. What's so attractive and captivating in this particular clip?

Derpyderp · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

He knew.

Shakira Hm · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

Imagine having a dinner and chat with your family's killer.

BlueSlime Player · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

I can just feel Hans saying in a Darth Vader voice I have you now

Miguel Arbaiza · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

I really believe that Landa know very well that he was talking with Shossana, the jewish woman who had escaped out a while time ago at his eyes in about some time ago, but he see a possibility in her to make the goal about to give his superiors what they deserved for their possible underestimation or little appreciation and recognition of her great ego, so his initial plan was to capture it on the films night function, to expose her out and consequently negotiate with she the assassination of the Nazi leaders, and therefore the end of the war and his long-awaited recognition as a hero, at the hands of a Jewish woman who he previously "saved". However when he saw a more sure and direct opportunity with the Americans, e decided to negotiate with them but not before eliminating a possible threat that would be more difficult to persuade and manipulate than Soshana would at the given time, this danger was Von Hammersmark, woman who also was aware of all the true acts perpetrated by Landa in the war. At the end he would hope that Soshana (In his hypotetical case that she were alive) point out how instead what the nazis "make him to do by the bad way" but now how kind and great human being Handa was.

Sorry for my bad english

Christoph Waltz (and Mr Tarantino of course) made this movie. What a fucking genius. An acting Masterpiece.

Funny Tarantino films always have goofy over the top blood/gore but they always have Oscar worthy acting in between those sequences. I love his films man.

Marshall Lyons · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

This has to be one of the most suspenseful scenes of any Quentin Tarantino movie!!

MEGA64 podcum · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

There is no correct answer, the scene is specifically built in this way.

El Nino · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

Ordered a glass of milk, give her a cigarette saying it was not French but German. Hans definitely knew who she was.

killerdude35 · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

She was totally banging Marcel

Oliver Weber · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

Brian Liu · May 15, 2019 at 8:33 am

Ah Landa, da sind Sie ja
