All on peds

Lance Peebles · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Whole stage 19 should have been a wash.

Andy Greves · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

What the hell is that dancehall track at the beginning of this clip? That’s about the raddest thing I’ve ever heard!i

Tony Giles · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Stupid comments in here last stage proved a lot of the comments

Ezio Martini · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Good decision to stop, there are always historical events in this race………

p tm · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Alaphilip could not be beaten by anyone except an hailstorm.. think about it., you riding for three weeks and the tour grts decided by a hailstorm.. this is even more laughable Than var decisions during the womens worldcup football.

Ann Coulter Is Right · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Stage 20 route has been modified and shortened to about 60km. Seems like that will pretty much make any further GC changes impossible.

Ann Coulter Is Right · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

I think Yates would have ended up with the stage win. Hincapie says the same. Armstrong disagreed. Lance was wrong on this one.
Mitchelton Scott definitely deserves to be named Team 'Patron' for this year's TDF.

Kudos to Simon for matching arguably the greatest climber in the world. Must give him confidence.

philip mc gahey · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

tunes!

SuperZvezdi · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

if the stage had not been halted if Simon have won him

Riding Home · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

The Race Organizers made the right decision, however frustrated it feels on the moment. Simon was surely on his way to a 3rd Stage win, who knows? He's such in a great form at the moment, one may wonder what will he have left for the Vuelta?

Pratalax · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

tough but fair. garsh darnit!

Yoda Dunbar · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Like many others I guess it was like, oh no Simon was robbed, but when we saw how bad it was ann unsafe, best call ever, could see the passion of Simon and others when they realised their chances were gone
All said and done, great ride Simon and team

Ron Harper · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

No times should be taken on that stage….period. The Badger woulda forged on!

Nicholas Dennehy · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Can you please change your censorship sound? Holy shit that stupid horn is annoying.

larry david · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Second to Bernal is a great result

Matt Verberne · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

We know Simon would have stalked Bernal up the next climb but the correct and only decision was made by the organisers

richsandison · July 29, 2019 at 10:03 am

Totally the right decision…Just a shame Simon never got the chance to fight for the stage win, as he probably would have got it!
