all right we are going to head to the cheapest restaurant in Toronto I've done my research and this is by far the cheapest restaurant in Toronto and I'm going to show you exactly how cheap it is because right now I have ten dollars and that's all I'm gonna spend and you're gonna see exactly how much food I get for this nail snack bar serving its community for over 30 years it has an old film style fuel to the old rustic venue which is actually quite fitting because it's placed right next to to film studios kales makes you feel as if you've entered into the twilight zone and into the 1960s with his cheap priced items old clocks trinkets and posters food that would merely cost you a bus fare or a few coins you'd find an old pair of jeans in your dryer first up to start as a much-needed hot coffee for only 65 cents then a $1 and 30 cent cheeseburger and a 1.75 cent corned beef sandwich on a Kaiser bun to follow but even cheaper than McDonald's hamburgers this takes me back to family barbecues you know simple it's delicious the good thing about here is you can avoid your family and eat cheap this burger might be better than some bars that I've been to and challenge us down so quick and it taste so delicious the 175 corned beef on the kaiser looks amazing I bet it's going to taste just as good now at corned beef this little piping-hot tastes exactly anything you get at a deli the corned beef kind of just melts in your mouth when you eat it it just it comes apart so easy give incredible amount of options their menus bigger than most shops that I've seen so every time you come here you can be guaranteed eat something different every day next for my entree some delicious fish and chips for only three dollars and 25 cents these fish and chips actually look a lot better and I was expecting for 325 I thought it look like something that you'd get from like a box of frozen fish and chips but these actually look like they were deep-fried in the house so for 325 you're getting fresh fish and chips the plate of fries and tartar sauce I think this might be the best bang for your buck you're getting a whole play of fries two pieces of fish in batter tartar sauce for 325 I feel like I'm in the 80s right now now on to dessert a nice Sunday to hit the spot but the perfect way to end this five course meal I suppose you could say so the nice Sunday a nice dollar 25 Sunday a lot of the food here at Gail's kind of tastes like that school lunch you rush home for lunch during school your mom whips up some nice food so it's got that nice homey family feeling for the food at Kayla's snack bar it's nothing too fancy but it's cheap it hits home and it's delicious I leave after my incredible meal with the bag of chips for only fifty cents I got to tell you guys if you're ever in Toronto or if you already live here and you haven't tried Gail snack bar yet you will not be disappointed it is the cheapest restaurant in Toronto and I've seen a lot of places in the city looking back on the signing experience I'd say it was well worth it my bank account also agrees if you like this video please show some support by liking and subscribing to our channel and check out some more amazing food videos until next time

It's way more exciting to get an onion ring with your fries than to get a fry with your onion rings.

I've just spent nearly an hour trying to figure out which skit show I remember you from, and I've finally figured it out: FND Films (jk you're from Digitom). Hehe

This place was on my bucket list and I finally went there with my husband one day. I wasn't only amazed by the price but I couldn't believe how good the Chicken Club Sandwich was.

I drive by there on my way home all the time running along Eastern till it turns into Kingston…how is it I never knew about this place?

Jase Strictland · May 14, 2019 at 6:52 pm

If you think these are 80s prices with an 80s menu then you're way too young to be doing this throwback. This type of billboard ordering and prices are more the late 50s and early 60s. You young whippersnapper, you!

Alexandre Radburn · May 14, 2019 at 6:52 pm

Oh man I really wanna visit this place now if I go to Toronto.

Please please still exist and not be ruined by the time I get there for that awesome looking cheapo burger.

Life Aficionado · May 14, 2019 at 6:52 pm

There's no way these things cost 1.30, 1.75, and 3.25 cents.

Oliver Pillmore · May 14, 2019 at 6:52 pm

Llumys · May 14, 2019 at 6:52 pm
