A business owner should be able to determine who is welcome on their property and under what circumstances. The Texas law forcing business owners to allow open carry by cops is an infringement on property owners rights. I prefer restaurants that allow all open carry but that decision should be up to the businesses owner and not politicians. If a business want to restrict carrying of firearms by anyone including cops on their property they should have that right.
