hi it’s Mieka fasting weight loss and I am
almost done with my100 hour fast 100 hours of no food and I am dirty fasting
I’m gonna put in the in screen and in the comment below what dirty fasting is
to me I made a video about it okay so this is not my update video this is a
video for you to choose what I do next I want to lose 30 pounds in December and
I’m not playing around it’s December 5th today so you’re gonna
choose day 6 7 & 8 you’re gonna in the comment below tell
me what you want to see me do when I do my 12 o’clock refeed and do my weigh-in
video for later today I’m going to pick somebody’s name out of the bowler hat or
something and I’m gonna do what you say the only thing I’m not really willing to
do as far as fasting is dry fasting I don’t want to so this is for 72 hours
whatever you choose plus exercise you decide what you want me to eat or not
eat I could do keto carnivore nothing I could do dirty fasting I will only do
dirty fasting – I’m gonna just do snake juice I will do snake juice plus 30
facts and I will do 0 1 2 3 4 or 5 hours of exercise I go to the YMCA so choose
what you want to see and I’ll pick somebody okay I’ll do it egg fast egg
and cheese just you could be creative but keep in mind I want to lose 30
pounds in this month okay so that means and I’m gonna go 30 pounds from I want
to be 30 pounds from this even though this is December 1st is when the old man
Caroline challenge started that I started at noon after a large restaurant
meal so this is what I was that small that morning I was too embarrassed to
say what I was have to start but I’m gonna say the start in in today um I
just need to be 30 pounds down okay so that’s gonna be one 93.8 by January 1st
um so what should I do comment below and I’m gonna pick one

Good job girl. Intermediate fasting eat in a 5 hour window include protien shakes and eggs fruits and veggies. Treadmill 3 inclined speed 3.5 or higher an hr or elliptical challenging resistance an hr. Or dance a hr. Lift light weights.

Snake diet 42 hours, 6 hour re-feed window sticking to keto and exercising daily. Dr Fung says it’s the most effective plan. You got this!

Hi Mieka! Great work my friend. I pick for you to do OMAD (Paleo) with only walking each day. Maybe a little bit of HIT exercises for less than 15 minutes. Lots of rest. Namaste

High fat, clean moderate protein keto/carnivore Stephanie keto person style, deep breathing, good sleep, organ meats, omega 3 foods or vitamins, coq10, nutritional yeast for b vitamins, EXERCISE: dance or yoga, FASTING: no eating after sunset. Get a blood glucose meter at least and check blood sugars daily. My suggestion 💕😄😜

For your challenge how about fasting 48hrs and then refeed until content and start 48hr fast again. Continue that for the rest of December. So instead of OMAD or every other day eating you'll be eating every 2 days. Also incorporate atleast 30 min of xercise like HIIT every day and be sure to drink plenty of water.
I've been doing this since Sunday and I've lost 6lbs in 6 days. Come Sunday I hope to be down atleast 8. I hope to be under 200lbs by Jan.1.
I'm 5'8", age 40 and weigh 213lbs now, my goal long term goal is to be 170lbs.

Coles fasting 37. That’s my plan starting Sunday. I’m fasting till Friday, have an event Friday and Saturday and then doing Coles fasting 37 till Xmas. Off plan Xmas and Boxing Day. Then back to plan till I leave on vacation January 31👍. The only thing I’m not following on his plan is unfortunately I will be eating 2 days in a row this weekend and Xmas/boxing day. But, the difference with this fast is that I’m choosing versus letting head hunger dictate. Stay blessed 🙏

I'm still fasting, I'm going to fast until sunday, then eat two days of omad and fast again for three, and keep the pattern. I have got to get my stomach drag down, I'm aiming for 30 down also. My back is still not better and I'm not a fan of constant pain. I get irritated. Anyway. Can't wait to see what everyone says to do. 🙂

Love you Mieka 🌷 I can hear the resolve in your voice 👊 You're gonna do it for sure 🔥 I'm sticking with dirty fasting inbetween parties, which will be pretty much rolling 48's. Can't go to the gym untill next week so will walk my puppy and do yoga at home 🙋‍♀️🇦🇺

Maybe ADF with OMAD. You're active enough to see 30 lbs fly off that way.

I'm doing 72's and refeed of 500 calories of lean protein and then another 72, and so on and so fort till January 1. 😁 …Ithink you should go that route if you want weight lost results. 😉

Hi Mielka I would do a bone broth fast along with some bullet proof coffee and the ACV lemon shots
twice a day.
