There's no conversation between Jen and Peter. He dominates the discussion and never asks Jen her opinion. Peter's commentary is great, just great, but it's a different kind of show from Yasser and Jen.

Nothing against Yaz, but Svidler is a breath of fresh air

however this tournament turns out, it will be incomplete without including the greatest player in the world.

The chess world at least in the US is "illuminated" meanwhile. Not only everything is strictly politically correct these days, but also is the third commentator's unnatural hand posture (the same by Maurice Ashley) too obvious and consistent. It's very obvious and downright obtrusive, and it's a Masonic gesture. But I know I'm a "conspiracy theorist", of course, and people have their peace again.
Some more critical remarks allowed?

– Take a look at the monopolistic company "Chessworld" and their Logo and their deeds. They are destroying chess. The world monopolists of the NWO take over everything in the world. A politically incorrect thinker and speaker like Nigel Short will be put down whenever speaking freely and objecively.

And who really believes that the strange world championship match Caruana – Carlsen took place naturally and legitimately? (Chess wants to be sport? Well, today's sports world is massively manipulated, that's nothing new.)
Wake up and stay alert. The world is not what it still seems to be to many; nor is the chess world! The good days are over, the worst times are to come soon. Don't be a sheeple.

Drop the engine part of the show, people can just turn them on for themselves.

Where can I find videos that give highlights in 15-20 minutes? Instead of watching the whole 4-hour broadcast? (highlights of the entire round, not only analysis of selected games)

Oscar Olsson · July 30, 2019 at 12:28 pm

why there is no live broadcast scheduled for today?

Martin Falkevall · July 30, 2019 at 12:28 pm

Svidler is such a great player.

Bryan Baker · July 30, 2019 at 12:28 pm

Love Svidler, but Yasser is Yasser.

spacemonkey3161507 · July 30, 2019 at 12:28 pm

Peter Svidler is a class act!good pick St Louis!

Lasselucidora · July 30, 2019 at 12:28 pm

Saint Louise CC is for Caruana what Fox is for Trump. 🙂

Svidler knows his chess, I know, but if he's serious about commentating he needs to take speaking lessons. His uh uh uh uh uh uh uhhhhh…. up to a hundred times a minute make this unwatchable.

I mean to learn to play chess he took lessons and practiced… He ought to do the same if he plans to make this his new livelihood.

They really should do the analysis without a computer first, like in the Riga Grand Prix.

James Beliveau · July 30, 2019 at 12:28 pm

Forget chess. Protect your people from ISLAM

droop gddstrb · July 30, 2019 at 12:28 pm

So happy there was the french stream. Explaining the games, giving variations, talking about chess. All the opposite of the official, USA-stream, with twice as many ppl and barely dedicating 5% of the time to chess. Thumb up french guys, thumb down the US alleged commentators.
